Return Policy and Warranty Claim
At Woodgate Security & Energy LLC, we sell top quality LED and Solar Light products back with our 100% Guarantee product serviceability. In a situation whereby you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our office via email or phone within 30 days of the order delivery date to let us know. We will issue you a return code. This is for our internal tracking purpose. You will write the code on the return box when shipping the product to us. When we receive the returned item, we will either replace the product for the product of your choice or issue a refund.
Woodgate Security & Energy will only accept return on product within 30 days of delivery date. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return items, except the damage or missing product is as a result of Woodgate Security error. When returning a product back to us, please ensure the product is package the same way it was deliver to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any damages to the product as a result of poor packaging. We recommend that customer should purchase an Insurance on all return items for the full amount of the order. If there is no Insurance on the return item and the item was damaged prior to getting to our office, Woodgate Security cannot offer a refund if return item was damage without Insurance. Upon receipt of returned item and passing of inspection, we will issue a full refund or replace the item.
Item returned due to buyer’s change of preference can only be return for a store credit in the total cost of the order. Shipping and handling fees on return items, and warranty claim items are non-refundable. Buyer should allow 7-14 days for the refund amount to be credited back into their payment account.
Damaged or Missing Product Claim:
If a product is damage or missing parts when delivered to you, please contact our office immediately to get a return code from our customer service desk. In addition, we will send you a prepaid shipping label, so you can drop the package off at the closest UPS/FedEx office near you.

Please repackage the item you want to return to us using the same packing box (If the box is not damage). Get an Insurance on your return the value of your order and mail the return item to:

In the event of warranty claim, customer will return the product back to Woodgate Security & Energy LLC. We cannot fulfill the warranty until we received the product back. We do not provide return shipping label nor pay shipping costs on warranty claims. If the product is no longer available or has been discontinued, we will offer the customer the next best alternative product at Woodgate Security discretion. Woodgate Security will ship the replacement product to the customer Free of Charge. 15% of the product costs could be assessed on item return after 30 days or without the original packaging as a restocking fee.
Warranty Note: Woodgate Security & Energy is not liable for any installation mishaps and we do not reimburse for any product installation costs. We will only cover the cost of product if the product is defective within warranty timeframe. Likewise, Woodgate is not liable for any other damages to include any incidental, consequential, direct or indirect, punitive or special damages including without limitation, loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of reputation, loss of business, good will, data, information, income, anticipated savings and loss of business relationships.
